Art by Paula Ortiz is operated by Paula Ortiz Art LLC, based in Randolph, New Jersey. We sell original fine art paintings and art prints.

Orders and Payment

• All prices are listed in USD.

• Payment is processed securely through Stripe at checkout.

• Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed.

• Original paintings are one-of-a-kind; once sold, that listing will be marked unavailable.

Shipping

• Please allow [add your typical processing time] for an order to be prepared and shipped.

• Shipping costs and timelines will be provided at checkout or communicated directly for large/original works.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once a package has left our hands.

Returns and Refunds

• Original paintings are sold as final sale due to their one-of-a-kind nature. Prints may be returned within 14 days of delivery if damaged or defective.
